Request a part

For suppliers

Quote on requests that match what you stock.

InstaParts sources parts worldwide for dealers, remarketers, workshops and fleets in Southern Africa. Join the supply network to receive their requests on or in the supplier portal, then quote your options in one go.

Requests come to you.

We bring the buyers and match their requests to what you stock. You quote and supply. We handle the customer.

  • Requests that fit your stock

We send you requests for the parts you supply, with the vehicle already identified from the VIN or licence disc.

  • Several options per part

Quote OEM, used OEM and aftermarket options in one go, with availability and lead time. Decline in one tap when you cannot help.

  • On your phone or at the counter

New requests reach you on WhatsApp and in the supplier portal, so you can answer from wherever you are.

  • One buyer to deal with

InstaParts handles the customer, from quote to delivery. You supply us and get paid by one trusted buyer.

How it works for suppliers.

  1. A request arrives

Requests that match what you stock reach you on or in the supplier portal, with the vehicle and the parts needed.

  2. You quote

For each part, add the type, manufacturer, availability and lead time. Add another option for alternatives, or decline if you cannot supply.

  3. You get the order

When the customer approves your option, you supply InstaParts. Active and past requests sit in one list.
